| [摘 要]目的 探讨在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者中社会支持与自我护理能力的关系以及心理弹性和自我管理效能感在其中的中介作用，为提高患者的自我护理能力提供依据。方法 应用社会支持量表、自我护理能力量表、心理弹性量表及自我管理效能感量表对上海某2家三级甲等医院就诊的208例女性乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者进行调查，采用AMOS17.0及SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果 患者自我护理能力与社会支持、心理弹性及自我管理效能感均呈正相关(P＜0.05);心理弹性及自我管理效能感在社会支持与自我护理能力间起链式中介作用。结论 心理弹性及自我管理效能感在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的社会支持与自我护理能力间起链式中介作用，可以通过提高社会支持、心理弹性及自我管理效能感来提高患者的自我护理能力。 |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between social support and self-care ability in patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, as well as the mediating effect of resilience on mindfulness and self-management efficacy, so as to provide a basis for improving the self-care ability of patients. Methods The social support rating scale, exercise of self-care agency scale, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Chinese-version strategies used by patients to promote health were used to investigate 208 female patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in two grade 3 hospitals in Shanghai. AMOS17.0 and SPSS21.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results Patients' self-care ability was positively correlated with social support, mental resilience and self-management efficacy (P＜0.05).Psychological resilience and self-management efficacy play a chain mediating role between social support and self-care ability.Conclusion Mental resilience and self-management efficacy play a chain mediating role between the social support and self-care ability of patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, which can be improved by enhancing social support,mental resilience and self-management efficacy. |
