| 目的 探索肿瘤患者在接受质子重离子诊疗过程时的心理体验。方法 通过描述性现象学研究,采用目的抽样法对12例质子重离子诊疗患者进行半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi的现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果 共提炼出4个主题：希望感的提升,安全感感知,疾病不确定感,自我感受负担。结论 肿瘤患者在接受质子重离子诊疗过程时存在不同程度的正性和负性心理体验，需对其对其正性心理体验给予适当引导和认可，并重视其负性心理体验给予针对性疏导和支持。 |

| Objective To Explore the psychological experience of cancer patients when they receive particle therapy. Methods By using descriptive phenomenological study research methods, 12 particle therapy patients were selected by purpose sampling method, then they were investigated by semi-structured in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed with Colaizzi phenomenological analysis study. Results 4 themes were concluded: the improvement of sense of hope, the perception of security, the uncertainty of disease, and the burden of self-feeling. Conclusion Cancer patients have different degrees of negative and positive psychological experiences when undergoing particle therapy. We need to pay attention to their negative psychological experiences, and give proper guidance to their positive psychological experiences. |
