| 摘要：目的 构建适合我国国情的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案。方法 参考相关文献拟定临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案，采用德尔菲法对来自急危重症医疗护理领域、护理管理领域以及护理教育领域的18名专家进行2轮专家函询。结果 2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为90%、100%；专家权威系数分别为0.893、0.909；第2轮函询一级、二级、三级指标专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.387、0.306、0.352（P＜0.001）。最终形成包括4个一级指标、8个二级指标和35个三级指标的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案。结论 构建的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案有着较强的科学性、准确性和可靠性，对临床护士灾害护理能力的培养具有重要指导意义。 |

| Abstract：Objective Establish in-hospital Training Program to improve nurses’ disaster competencies. Methods To use the Delphi experts consultation including 18 experts from the fields of emergency/disaster nursing education, emergency and critical care, emergency and critical care medicine and nursing management, collect opinions on building in-hospital training program for nurses’ disaster competencies. Results In the study，positive coefficients of two rounds consultation were 90% and 100%, authority coefficient of the experts were 0.893 and 0.909, and Kendall coefficients of the experts’ opinion were 0.306 and 0.352. Finally the training program of nurses’ disaster competencies contained 4 training stage, 8 second-level training indexes and 35 third-level training indexes. Conclusion The training progress of nurses’ disaster competencies has good reliability and validity and of great important significance in exaltation nurses’ disaster competencies. |
