| 目的： 构建腹膜透析患者健康教育知识内容。方法：2019年9月～11月，通过德尔菲专家咨询法对 15名从事腹膜透析和肾内科的医生及护理专家进行2轮咨询，确定构建腹膜透析患者健康教育知识内容及权重。结果：2 轮专家咨询的积极系数分别均为100%，专家积极系数较高。专家咨询的判断依据系数、熟悉程度系数、权威系数分别为0.867、0.840、0.854。第二轮咨询的一级条目、二级条目肯德尔协调系数分别为0.304、0.442，P<0.001，专家对两级内容重要性认同的一致程度较高。最终确定包括6项一级条目，22项二级条目。结论：专家意见集中，研究结果可信度高，腹膜透析患者健康教育知识内容的构建对于指导患者居家腹膜透析和给予理论培训提供依据。 |

| Objective: To established of health education knowledge contents for peritoneal dialysis patients based on the Delphi method.Methods: We establishedhealth education knowledge system for peritoneal dialysis patientsthrough Delphi method with 2 rounds consultation by 15experts. Results: The Health education content ofperitoneal dialysis included 3 primary indicators，11secondary indicators.The positive coefficients index of 2 rounds Delphi experts were 100%.The coefficients of expert judgment, familiarity and authority were 0.867, 0.840 and 0.854, respectively. The Kendall's W of the two rounds of the Second Delphi consultation were 0.304 and 0.442, respectively. Conclusions:The construction of the health education content ofperitoneal dialysisis reliable and valid. It’s provided a basis for guiding patients peritoneal dialysis on home and providing theoretical training. |
