| [目的]运用机械原理曲柄滑块运动设计脑室引流安装支架,并验证其实用性和有效性。 [方法]以2018年7月-2018年9月在我院神经外科行脑室引流术的患者30例为对照组,接受现有脑室引流护理流程,以2018年11月-2019年1月行脑室引流术的患者30例为实验组,使用新型脑室引流安装支架,接受改进后的护理流程,比较二组患者术后安置脑室引流患者所需时间,脑室引流装置留置时间,术后疼痛评分及患者住院期间对护理工作的满意度。[结果]实验组安置脑室引流患者所需时间明显缩短,患者术后疼痛程度明显降低,患者住院期间对护理工作的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。[结论]脑室引流安装支架的应用有助于患者术后疼痛,提高医护人员工作效率,且操作精准便捷。 |

| Objective：The mechanical principle of crank slider movement was used to design the installation bracket of ventricular drainage, and its practicability and effectiveness were verified. Methods：30 patients with ventricular drainage in neurosurgery department of our hospital from July 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the control group, and 30 patients with ventricular drainage from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group. The new ventricular drainage stent was used and the improved nursing process was adopted. The time required for the placement of ventricular drainage patients in the two groups was compared The time of indwelling ventricular drainage device, postoperative pain score and patients" satisfaction with nursing work during hospitalization were analyzed. Results: In the experimental group, the time required for placement of patients with ventricular drainage was significantly shortened, the degree of postoperative pain was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work during hospitalization was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of intraventricular drainage stent can help patients with postoperative pain, improve the work efficiency of medical staff, and the operation is accurate and convenient. |
