| 目的 调查护生临床实习适应不良与职业决策自我效能、职业认同现状，并探讨临床实习适应不良对两者的影响，为实施干预提供理论依据。方法 采用一般资料调查表、护理学生临床实习适应不良量表、职业决策自我效能量表和护生职业认同问卷对261名实习护生进行调查。结果 临床实习适应不良总分为（103.11±17.99）分，职业决策自我效能总分为（133.60±31.46）分，职业认同总分为（63.35±11.43）分；护生临床实习适应不良与职业决策自我效能、职业认同得分均呈正相关（r=0.313~0.902. P≤0.01）。问题解决、性格类型及对实习单位的态度可解释临床实习适应不良总体变异的63.9%。结论 护生存在临床实习适应不良现象，且临床适应能正向预测职业决策自我效能和职业认同感，管理者应重视实习护生临床实习适应不良的影响因素，采取相应对策，制定对应实习计划以促进护理职业健康稳定发展。 |

| Objective To investigate the status quo of clinical practice maladjustment, career decision-making self-efficacy and professional identity of nursing students, and to explore the impact of clinical practice maladjustment on them, so as to provide theoretical basis for the implementation of intervention.
Methods A total of 261 nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire, nursing students' maladjustment scale for clinical practice, career decision-making self-efficacy scale and nursing students' professional identity questionnaire.
Results The total score of clinical practice maladjustment was (103.11 ± 17.99), the total score of career decision-making self-efficacy was (133.60 ± 31.46) and the total score of professional identity was (63.35 ± 11.43). The clinical practice maladjustment of nursing students was positively correlated with the scores of career decision-making self-efficacy and professional identity (r = 0.313 ~ 0.902. P ≤ 0.01). 63.9% of the total variation of maladjustment in clinical practice can be explained by problem solving, personality type and attitude towards the internship unit.
Conclusion Nursing students have maladjustment in clinical practice, and clinical adaptation can positively predict career decision-making self-efficacy and professional identity. Managers should pay attention to the influencing factors of clinical practice maladjustment of nursing students, take corresponding countermeasures and formulate corresponding practice plans to promote the healthy and stable development of nursing profession. |
