| 目的 通过调查了解手术室护士对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术隔离技术的执行情况并分析其执行薄弱环节和影响因素。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷，围绕17项隔离技术操作情况，于2020年7—9月对福州市4所三级甲等医院手术室的护士进行调查，采用统计描述及单因素分析对相关影响因素进行分析。结果：共调查手术室护士90名，包括肿瘤医院护士24名、综合医院护士66名；其腹腔镜结直肠癌手术隔离技术执行情况平均得分为（53.56±6.07）分，得分率为78.76%，91.11%的护士表示存在不规范行为。医院类型、护士性别、护士及领导对隔离技术的重视程度及培训情况等均对相关手术隔离技术的执行有一定影响（P<0.05）。术中切口及穿刺口的保护、气腹的使用、肿瘤切除后无菌区重置等是隔离技术执行的薄弱环节。结论：手术室护士的微创肿瘤手术隔离技术执行水平有待提高。管理者应通过制定相关标准流程、加强培训等措施，促进肿瘤手术隔离技术的有效落实。 |

| Objective:To investigate the implementation and weak link of isolation technology in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, and analyze its influence factors.Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey to analyze the factors affecting the operation of 17 isolation technologies, and the poor operation steps were obtained according to the score rate. Results: The Isolation Technique score rate was 78.76%, and 91.11% of nurses indicated irregular behaviors. The main influencing factors were hospital type, gender, degree of attention, and training frequency (P<0.05). The poorer links are the protection of the incision and puncture, the use of pneumoperitoneum, and the post-tumor resection. Conclusion: |
