| 目的 构建一套适用于护理本科实习生管理的评价指标体系,为完善护理本科实习生管理和考评提供参考依据。方法 在文献回顾的基础上,结合护理本科生实习大纲要求,应用教学小组集体评议法、德尔菲法,构建评价指标体系。结果 两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%；专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.90；肯德尔协调系数分别为0.217和0.254(P＜0.01)。通过两轮专家函询确立的评价指标体系包含5个一级指标,15个二级指标和64个三级指标。结论 本研究中专家积极性和权威程度较高,构建的护理本科实习生实习管理评价指标体系内容全面,具有较好的科学性和实用性,能为护理本科实习生的教学管理提供参考依据。 |

| Objective To construct a set of evaluation index system suitable for the management of undergraduate nursing intern, and to provide a reference for improving the management and evaluation of undergraduate nursing intern. Methods：Based on the literature review, combined with the requirements of the internship syllabus for undergraduate nursing students, the teaching group collective review method and the Delphi method were used to construct an evaluation index system. Results：The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letters were 100%; the expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.90, respectively;the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.217 and 0.254, respectively (P<0.01). The evaluation index system established through two rounds of expert consultation includes 5 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 64 third-level indicators. Conclusion：In this study, experts are highly motivated and authoritative. The evaluation index system for the internship management of nursing undergraduate interns is comprehensive, scientific and practical, and can provide a reference for the teaching management of undergraduate nursing interns. |
