| 目的 系统评价叙事疗法对恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响。方法 检索 PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于叙事疗法对恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪影响的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2020年9月，选用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入11篇文献,共计902例患者。与对照组（常规护理）比较，观察组（常规护理+叙事疗法）可有效改善恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪[SMD=-1.67,95%CI（-2.35，-0.98），Z=4.76,P＜0.00001]、抑郁情绪[SMD=-1.43,95%CI（-1.90，-0.97），Z=6.06,P＜0.00001]，可提高患者的护理满意度[RR=1.29,95%CI（1.17,1.43），Z=5.00,P＜0.00001]。结论 叙事疗法可有效改善恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，提高患者的满意度，对患者的生活质量有一定的影响。 |

| Objective to systematically evaluate the effect of narrative therapy on negative emotion in patients with malignant tumor. Methods A randomized controlled study on the effect of narrative therapy on negative emotion of malignant tumor patients was searched in PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang , Weipu and CBM. RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 902 patients with 11 literatures were included. Compared with the control group (routine nursing),The experimental group (routine nursing + narrative therapy) can effectively improve the anxiety of cancer patients [SMD=-1.67,95%CI（-2.35，-0.98），Z=4.76,P＜0.00001], depression [SMD=-1.43,95%CI（-1.90，-0.97），Z=6.06,P＜0.00001], quality of life （P＜0.05）, and improve nursing satisfaction[RR=1.29,95%CI（1.17,1.43），Z=5.00,P＜0.00001]. Conclusion narrative therapy can effectively improve patients' negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, improve their quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction. |
