| This study reviews the concepts and mechanisms of kinesophobia, introduces the evaluation tools such as the kinesophobia rating scale and the fear-avoidance and belief questionnaire, and reviews the relevant interventions at home and abroad such as multidisciplinary rehabilitation therapy, exercise intervention, graded exposure, mindfulness intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy.The aim is to provide basis for clinical nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation. |
