| 目的：探讨消毒供应室护理管理引入3C全程优质护理对器械管理质量及工作人员能力的影响。方法：自2020年12月起,本院消毒供应室护理管理中开始引入3C全程优质护理,对比分析实施前后消毒供应室器械管理质量、工作人员能力及临床满意度情况。结果：3C全程优质护理实施后,消毒供应室的器械清洗、包装合格、及时发放率均比实施前高(P＜0.05)；3C全程优质护理实施后,不良事件发生率是1.67%,比实施前的5.67%低(P＜0.05)；3C全程优质护理实施后,工作人员的基本知识、去污与包装、灭菌与存放、下发与回收、自我防护评分均比实施前高(P＜0.05)；3C全程优质护理实施后,临床医护人员的临床满意度总分是(92.84±2.28)分,比实施前的(63.81±4.62)分高(P＜0.05)。结论：消毒供应室护理管理引入3C全程优质护理可进一步提升器械管理质量及工作人员能力,并且有助于促进临床满意度改善。 |

| Objective: To explore the impact of the introduction of 3C full-process high-quality nursing into the nursing management of the disinfection supply room on the quality of equipment management and the ability of the staff. Method: Since December 2020, the nursing management of the disinfection supply room of this hospital has begun to introduce 3C full-process quality care, and the quality of the equipment management, staff ability and clinical satisfaction of the disinfection supply room before and after implementation were compared and analyzed. Results: After the implementation of 3C full-process quality care, the disinfection supply room"s equipment cleaning, packaging qualified, and timely distribution rates were all higher than before implementation(P＜0.05). After the implementation of 3C full-process quality care, the incidence of adverse events was 1.67%, which was lower than the 5.67% before implementation(P＜0.05). After the implementation of 3C full-process quality care, the basic knowledge, decontamination and packaging, sterilization and storage, issuance and recycling, and self-protection scores of the staff were all higher than before implementation(P＜0.05). After the implementation of 3C full-process quality care, the total clinical satisfaction score of clinical medical staff was (92.84±2.28) points, which was higher than (63.81±4.62) points before implementation(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of 3C full-process high-quality care in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room can further improve the quality of equipment management and the ability of staff, as well as help to promote the improvement of clinical satisfaction. |
