| 目的 调查我院骨科使用的动静脉足泵气垫卫生现况,并提出相应的护理干预对策。 方法 采用现场抽样检测方法,对荆州市第一人民医院骨科已使用三个月的8只动静脉足泵气垫进行微生物检测,根据检测结果进行护理干预。按入院时间先后分为对照组(2020年1-2月)和试验组(2020年2-3月)各30人,对照组双足在包裹气垫之前穿传统的“无纺布足套”进行隔离;试验组则穿“PE材质足膜套”进行隔离。足泵治疗结束对两组患者足套使用的舒适度进行比较,一个月后分别对两组患者使用过的气垫表面细菌污染情况进行评价。 结果 8只动静脉足泵气垫微生物培养不合格率为87.5%;两组患者在足套使用舒适度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在气垫表面微生物污染情况方面试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 我科现行的动静脉足泵气垫微生物污染情况不容乐观。在双足包裹气垫前使用“PE材质足膜套”进行隔离不仅利于观察足部血循、价格低廉、舒适度好,还可有效降低气垫表面微生物污染风险,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the hygiene status of air cushion of the arteriovenous foot pump used in orthopedics in our hospital and propose a corresponding nursing intervention measure. Methods The on-site sampling method was used to detect the microorganisms of 8 air cushions of the arteriovenous foot pump used in the orthopedics department of the First People"s Hospital of Jingzhou City for three months, and the nursing intervention was performed according to the test results. According to the time of admission, patients were divided into the control group (January-February 2020) and the experimental group (February-February 2020),30 cases in each group. The control group"s feet were covered with a traditional "non-woven foot cover" before wrapping the air cushion,and the experimental group"s feet a "PE foot mask" for isolation. After the foot pump treatment was completed, the comfort of using the foot cover was compared between the two groups of patients. One month later, the bacterial contamination on the surface of the air cushion used by the two groups of patients was evaluated. Results The failure rate of microbial culture of 8 air cushions was 87.5%. There was no significant difference in comfort between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). However, in terms of the Microorganism contamination on the surface of air cushions,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The current situation of microbial contamination of air cushions in arteriovenous foot pumps in our department is not optimistic. The use of "PE foot mask" for isolation before wrapping the air cushion on both feet is not only beneficial for observing the blood circulation of the foot, low price and good comfort, but also effectively reducing the risk of microbial contamination on the surface of the air cushion, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
