| 了解采用AI机器人+人工电话组合模式进行日间手术患者出院随访的效果；方法：我院从2014年开展日间手术，为了更好了解患者对日间手术模式的认可以及出院后康复情况，我们采用一对一人工电话模式进行出院后随访，使用多年后感觉既浪费护士人力资源，效率又不高。2019年1月开始我们启用AI机器人随访助手替代原来人工电话出院随访，使用后在随访耗时上有了明显改善，但也存在一些不够之处，为此在2020年10月开始，我们采用智能AI机器人+人工电话组合的模式进行出院随访；结果：通过2020.10-12月3个月同期2种出院随访方式的使用对比，人工随访的接通率为76.8%，AI机器人+人工随访的接通率为92.5%，随访效率有了提高；通过T检验统计分析人工随访的耗时为381.76±52.017 秒，AI机器人+人工随访的耗时为101.15±12.695秒 ，U＝109.500， P＜0.001，有统计学意义，说明随访耗时减少了；同时随访方式满意度用惠特尼检验的中位数描述进行分析，人工随访的满意度为“3一般”，AI机器人+人工随访的满意度为“5很满意”，P＜0.001，有统计学意义。结论：采用AI机器人+人工电话随访模式应用到日间手术患者的出院随访优势明显，减少护士人力资源，缓解护士压力，提高随访有效性，避免并发症发生，随访方式也得到患者的认可，值得推广应用。 |

| Methods: Day surgery was carried out in our hospital since 2014. In order to better understand patients' recognition of day surgery mode and patients' condition after discharge, we provided one-on-one telephone follow-up mode. After many years of utilization, it seems time-consuming and laborious, a waste of nurses' human resources, and low efficiency. Since January 2019, we began to use AI robot follow-up to replace the original manual telephone for discharge follow-up. Then, the follow-up time has been significantly reduced, but there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, we have adopted the discharge follow-up mode of the combination of intelligent AI robot and manual telephone since Oct. 2020 in order to make up for the lack of single method. Results: Through the comparison of two kinds of discharge follow-up methods in the same period from Oct to Dec in 2020, the connection rate of manual follow-up was 76.8%, and the connection rate of AI robot + manual follow-up was 92.5%, indicating that the follow-up efficiency had been improved. According to the t-test statistical analysis, the duration of manual follow-up was 381.76±52.017 seconds, and the duration of AI robot + manual follow-up was 101.15±12.695 seconds, U = 109.500, P < 0.001, which was statistically significant, indicating that the duration of follow-up was reduced. At the same time, the satisfaction of follow-up method was analyzed with the median description of Whitney test. The satisfaction of artificial follow-up was "3 general", and the satisfaction of AI robot + artificial follow-up was "5 very satisfactory", P < 0.001, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: The AI robot + manual telephone follow-up mode has obvious advantages in the discharge follow-up of patients undergoing daytime surgery, which can reduce nurses' human resources, relieve nurses' pressure, improve the effectiveness of follow-up and prevent complications. It is also recognized by the patients and worthy of promotion and application. |
