| 目的 了解湖南省2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 采取便利抽样法，选择2019年11月16—20日湖南省32家二级、三级综合性医院内分泌科1043名2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用自制调查表对其进行调查。通过2检验和二分类logistic回归分析2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的影响因素。结果 55.99%（584/1043）的2型糖尿病患者存在周围神经病变。二分类Logistic回归分析发现，糖尿病病程、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病下肢血管病变、高脂血症是2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的危险因素(均P＜0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变时点患病率较高，糖尿病病程、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病下肢血管病变、高脂血症是2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的危险因素。临床医护人员应提高糖尿病患者周围神经病变重视度及筛查力度，并早期干预相关危险因素。 |

| Objective To investigate the peripheral neuropathy status of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 1043 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Endocrinology Departments of 32 secondary and tertiary general hospital in different areas of Hunan Province were selected by convenience sampling and investigated by a self-made questionnaire from November 16th to 20th in 2019.The influencing factors of peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed by 2 test and binary logistics regression.Results The prevalence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was 55.99%（584/1043）among the patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors affecting diabetic peripheral neuropathy included diabetes course, diabetic retinopathy,diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease and hyperlipidemia neuropathy(all P＜0.05）.Conclusion So the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus have a high point prevalence rate of peripheral neuropathy,the risk factors affecting diabetic peripheral neuropathy included diabetes course,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease and hyperlipidemia neuropathy.Clinical medical staff should strengthen the attention and screening of peripheral neuropathy, and take intervention of related risk factors early. |
