| To summarize the nursing experience of a child with infantile Pompeii disease. The key points of nursing care included: enzyme replacement therapy for children with Pambet’s disease, standardization of the use of recombinant human acid alpha-glucosidase drug evaluation, drug mix, intravenous drug delivery and points for attention; To strengthen the nursing and management of respiratory system and heart function damage in children, and slow down the further damage of heart and lung function; to strengthen the nursing and management of drugs, individualized nutrition support, psychological nursing and discharge guidance, etc. , to provide comprehensive care for sick children. After active treatment and nursing, the child’s symptoms improved and he was discharged after 9 days. |
