| 【摘要】 目的 了解克罗恩病患者术前体力活动的真实体验，以期为制订针对性的运动方案提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法选择就诊于南京市某医院择期手术的10例克罗恩患者作为研究对象，对其进行访谈，并采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析、归纳及提炼主题。结果 对访谈资料进行分析提炼出4个主题：术前体力活动的认知不足；术前体力活动体验；心理压力大；缺乏社会支持。结论 医护人员须关注克罗恩病患者术前体力活动的经历，了解其术前体力活动的真实感受，给予个性化的健康宣教及运动指导，改善其术前体力活动水平，提高术前生理储备。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the experience of preoperative physical activity in CD patients, and to provide reference for making specific exercise programs. Methods 10 CD patients undergoing elective surgery in a hospital in Nanjing were selected as the research subjects.They were interviewed face-to-face and analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method. Results Four themes were extracted from the analysis: Inadequate cognition of preoperative physical activity; Preoperative physical activity experience; Psychological pressure;Lack of sociasupport. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the experience of preoperative physical activity of patients with Crohn''s disease, understand their true feelings of preoperative physical activity, provide personalized health education and exercise guidance, improve their preoperative physical activity level, and improve their preoperative physiological reserve. |
