| 【摘 要】 目的 为护理学专业师生设计一套一次性输液器排液装置,并探讨其在静脉输液实训教学中的应用效果。方法 自行设计和制作一次性输液器排液装置,该装置由1台空气压缩机、1根长塑胶软管、1把空气喷枪、1根硅胶软管、1根PVC三通管组成。选取打气筒与一次性输液器排液装置两种排气装置的排气效果作为研究对象,将我校350名2019级护理学专业本科生学生随机分为对照组和实验组各175名,在两次密闭式静脉输液实训课中,对照组使用的输液器通过打气筒打气的方式排尽液体进行重复使用;实验组使用的输液器通过应用自制的一次性输液器排液装置排尽液体实现重复使用。实训结束后,对两组学生进行静脉输液操作考试,以考试成绩比较不同排液装置的应用效果。结果 静脉输液操作考试中,实验组成绩高于对照组(P=0.000);其中,实验组排气环节扣分值低于对照组(P=0.000)。实验组中排液稳定者占60%,排液情况不稳定者占32%,排液失败者占8%。结论 一次性输液器排液装置可以方便、快速地排尽一次性输液器内的液体,与打气筒打气排液方法相比,其应用能有效提高静脉输液法练习效果,并减少资源浪费。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To design a set of pumping equipment for one-time infusion device for nursing teachers and students,in order to inquire into the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and training of intravenous infusion skill. Methods Design and manufacture pumping equipment for one-time infusion device, the device is composed of an air compressor, a long plastic hose, an air spray gun, a silicone hose and a PVC three-way pipe.The second year undergraduate nursing students were randomly assigned to the control and the experimental group, each group had 175 students. In two times training of intravenous infusion, the liquid in infusion tube in control group was discharged by using the air pump to achieve reuse; in the experimental group, the pumping equipment for one-time infusion device was employed to discharge the liquid for reuse. After training, the examination of intravenous infusion skill in two groups was used to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of pumping equipment for one-time infusion device. Results In the examination of intravenous infusion skill, compared with control group, the score of experimental group was higher (P=0.000), and penalty points of exhaust was lower (P=0.000).The experimental group had 60% with successful drainage, 32% with unstable drainage conditions, and 8% with failed drainage. Conclusion The pumping equipment for one-time infusion device can easily and quickly discharge the liquid in the one-time infusion device. Compared with the conventional discharge method, its application can improve the effect of the intravenous infusion training and reduce the waste of resources. |
