| 随着我国老龄化进程加快，老年人口逐渐增加，老年患者的健康管理成为医学研究热点。谵妄是老年患者临床中常见的问题，其发生会导致诸多不良后果和结局，亟需采取有效的护理干预。老年谵妄呈现多因素、易发生、预后差、可预防的特点，而药物预防及治疗效果尚缺乏可靠证据，非药物护理管理为主要手段，而护理是老年谵妄患者诊疗中的重要部分。本文旨在通过文献综述，分析老年谵妄的临床特点，了解老年谵妄护理评估、护理干预相关现状及研究进展，以期为老年谵妄护理干预方案优化和临床实践提供参考。 |

| With the acceleration of the aging process in China, the elderly population is gradually increasing, and the health management of elderly patients has become a hotpot of medical research. Delirium is a common clinical problem in elderly patients, which leads to many adverse consequences and outcomes, and it is urgent to take effective nursing intervention.Delirium in elderly is characterized by multiple factors, easy occurrence, poor prognosis and preventable features,while there is still no reliable evidence of drug prevention and treatment effect. Non-pharmaceutical nursing management is the main means,and nursing is an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with Delirium.This paper aims to analyze the clinical characteristics of delirium in elderly patients and understand the status and research progress of nursing evaluation and nursing intervention of delirium in elderly patients through literature review, in order to provide reference for the optimization of nursing intervention program and clinical practice of delirium in elderly patients. |
