| 目的 通过文献分析了解近30年国际上乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿研究的热点和发展趋势,为我国开展相关研究提供参考。方法 在Web of Science核心合集数据库检索1992—2021年发表的乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿相关文献,对发文量、发文国家、发文作者、发文内容等进行文献计量统计和聚类分析。结果 共纳入相关文献2 731篇。年发文量呈逐年增长趋势,发文量排名前3的国家分别是美国、澳大利亚、中国;较早开展乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿研究前3名的国家分别是美国、澳大利亚、英格兰;发文量排名前3的作者分别是的Schmitz K H、Mortimer P S、Ridner S H;被引频次前10的文献大多发表在Journal of clinical oncology、Cancer等权威期刊上;乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿研究相关文献近180天共被引网络形成了乳腺癌相关治疗、衡量性指标、压力治疗、腋窝放疗、癌症相关淋巴水肿风险减小建议、运动促进及乳腺癌康复7个聚类;除去乳腺癌、淋巴水肿和癌症3个关键词外,排名前5的高频关键词分别是生活质量、女性、危险因素、发病率、手术情况;突现强度高于15的关键词有癌症、乳房切除、引流、手臂发病率、meta分析。结论 乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿研究在国际上正于快速发展阶段。我国可从乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的预防、诊断、治疗和管理着手,聚焦早期监测、衡量性指标、综合消肿疗法、淋巴管成像和淋巴显微外科等方面开展研究,同时加强跨区域合作,以推动我国在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿领域的研究。 |

| Objective In order to comprehend the hot spots and development trends of international research on breast cancer-related lymphedema in recent 30 years through literature analysis, and to provide a reference for related research in China. Methods The literature related to breast cancer-related lymphedema published from 1992 to 2021 was searched in the Web of Science core collection database. Bibliometric statistics and cluster analysis were performed on the number of articles, counties, authors, and contents. Results A total of 2 731 related literature were included. The annual number of publications is increasing year by year, and the top three countries are the United States, Australia, and China; the top three countries in the study of breast cancer-related lymphedema were the United States, Australia, and England; Schmitz K H, Mortimer P S, and Ridner S H were the top three authors in the number of publications; most of the top 10 cited literature was published in authoritative journals such as the Journal of clinical oncology and Cancer; the co-citation network of breast cancer-related lymphedema study literature in the past 180 days formed seven clusters: breast cancer-related treatment, measurable indicators, pressure treatment, axillary radiotherapy, cancer-related lymphedema risk reduction recommendations, exercise promotion, and breast cancer rehabilitation; in addition to breast cancer, lymphedema, and cancer 3 keywords, the top 5 high-frequency keywords are quality of life, women, risk factors, incidence, and surgery; the keywords with a burst intensity higher than 15 were cancer, mastectomy, drainage, arm morbidity, and meta-analysis. Conclusion The research on breast cancer-related lymphedema is developing rapidly worldwide. In China, we can start from the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of breast cancer-related lymphedema, focus on early monitoring, outcome indicators, complete decongestion therapy, lymphangiography and microlymphatic surgery and strengthen cross-regional cooperation, so as to promote the research on breast cancer-related lymphedema. |
