| 目的 构建脑卒中患者出院准备评估及管理方案。 方法 基于文献检索和小组讨论,制订脑卒中患者出院准备评估及管理方案初稿,应用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询。 结果 形成包含5个一级指标、12个二级指标、39个三级指标的脑卒中患者出院准备评估及管理方案；专家积极系数为100%,权威系数为0.87；一级、二级、三级指标的Kendall协调系数分别0.177、0.123、0.126,显著性检验均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 本研究构建的方案经检验,具有一定科学性及可行性,可为脑卒中患者出院准备评估及管理提供依据。 |

| Objective To construct a discharge preparation evaluation and management program for stroke patients. Methods Based on literature retrieval and group discussion, a draft of discharge preparation assessment and management plan for stroke patients was formulated, and Delphi method was used for 2 rounds of expert consultation. Results A discharge preparation evaluation and management plan for stroke patients was established, including 5 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators. The positive coefficient of experts was 100%, and the authority coefficient was 0.87. Kendall coordination coefficients of primary, secondary and tertiary indicators were 0.177, 0.123 and 0.126, respectively, and significance tests were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The scheme constructed in this study has been verified to be scientific and feasible, and can provide a basis for the discharge preparation evaluation and management of stroke patients. |
