| 目的 探讨基于叙事护理的精神科护士自我关怀能力培养的效果。方法 采用方便抽样的方法,选取厦门市某三级甲等精神专科医院的143名精神科临床护士作为研究对象,开展叙事护理实践,采用自悯量表(Self-Compassion Scale,SCS)对精神科护士的自我关怀能力进行效果评价。结果 开展叙事护理实践后,研究对象的自我怜悯水平总分及维度自我友善、自我评判、孤立感和过度认同得分均高于实践前(P＞0.05)。结论 基于叙事护理的实践可以提升精神科护士的自我怜悯水平,进而培养和提高自我关怀能力。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of self-care ability training of psychiatric nurses based on narrative nursing. Methods Using the method of convenience sampling, 143 psychiatric clinical nurses from a tertiary psychiatric hospital in Xiamen were selected as the research objects to carry out narrative nursing practice. Using the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) to evaluate the effect of self-care ability of psychiatric nurses. Results After the narrative nursing practice, the total score of self-compassion level and the dimensions of self-kindness, self-judgment, isolation and over-identification of the research subjects were higher than those before the practice(P＞0.05). Conclusion The practice of narrative nursing can improve the self-compassion level of psychiatric nurses, and then cultivate and improve the self-care ability. |
