| 糖尿病足是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一，其患者往往存在有较高的营养风险，随着患者营养风险的增加，导致糖尿病足的发病率、复发率、截肢率也随之增加，对患者的健康产生近期或远期的影响。因此，对于糖尿病足患者而言，将血糖控制在适宜的水平可以降低糖尿病足的不良结局。其中，医学营养治疗作为糖尿病及其并发症的基础治疗，其经济负担小，患者接受程度广，应将医学营养治疗贯穿于糖尿病足防治的全程中。本文对国内外医学营养治疗在糖尿病足患者中的应用研究及干预效果进行综述，进一步为医学营养治疗改善糖尿病足患者的预后结局提供依据。 |

| Diabetic foot is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes, and its patients often have a high nutritional risk. With the increase of nutritional risk in patients, the incidence, recurrence rate and amputation rate of diabetic foot also increase, which has a short-term or long-term impact on patients' health. Therefore, for patients with diabetic foot, controlling blood glucose at an appropriate level can reduce the adverse outcome of diabetic foot. Among them, as the basic treatment of diabetes and its complications, medical nutrition treatment has a small economic burden and a wide acceptance degree of patients, so medical nutrition treatment should be throughout the whole process of diabetes foot prevention and treatment. This paper reviews the application research and intervention effect of medical nutrition therapy in diabetic foot patients at home and abroad, and further provides evidence for medical nutrition therapy to improve the prognosis of diabetic foot patients. |
