| 摘要：目的 分析我国近10年胸痛中心建设文献研究热点与发展趋势，为临床和科研工作提供参考。方法 运用可视化软件VOSviewer与CiteSpace对中国知网（CNKI）数据库2011年1月1日至2021年12月26日胸痛中心相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献841篇，近10年胸痛中心领域的发文量整体呈上升趋势；共形成5个相对稳定的的研究团队，但核心作者及作者群尚未形成。去除与主题相关的关键词后，出现频次最多的3个关键词为心肌梗死、预后、院前急救，共形成了11个关键词聚类标签。结论 该领域研究热度逐年上升，胸痛中心认证体系持续改进、建立标准化急救护理流程、数据共享与沟通平台构建是该领域研究的热点与前沿。但目前该领域核心作者及核心作者群缺乏、研究团队及机构规模小、彼此之间合作不紧密，未来仍需加强核心领导力的建立和强化各研究团队的合作意识，推动胸痛中心的建设。 |

| Abstract: Objective To analyze the research hotspot and development trend of c-hest pain center in China in recent 10 years, and provide reference for clinic-al and scientific research.?Methods VOSviewer and CiteSpace softwares were u-sed to analyze the literatures on chest pain center from January 1, 2011 to Dec-ember 26, 2021 of CNKI database.?Results A total of 841 papers were included,Which showed an upward trend in the past 10 years.A total of 5 relatively stabl-e research teams have been formed,but the core authors and authors have not ye-t been formed.After removing keywords related to the topic, the 3 keywords wit-h the most frequent occurrence were myocardial infarction, prognosis and preho-spital emergency care, forming a total of 11 keyword cluster tags.?Conclusion The research heat in this field is increasing year by year. The research hotsp-ots and trends in this field mainly focus on the continuous improvement of che-st pain center certification system, the establishment of standardized emergen-cy care procedures, and the construction of da-ta sharing and communication platform.?However, at present, there is a lack of core authors and authors in th-is field, and the research teams and institutions are small, and the cooperati-on between each other is not close. In the future, it is still necessary to st-rengthen the establishment of core leadership and the cooperation consciousness of each research team, so as to promote the construction of chest pain cente-r. |
