| 目的 为更好对援沪医疗驻地生活物资进行管理；方法 驻地医疗队开设了自助超市,并线上发放调查问卷；结果 组建了自助超市,有效地解决生活物资调用问题；结论 组建生活物资自助超市既能满足队员基本生活保障又能通过简单的方式缓解了心理压力,同时采用捐赠的方式还能够达到物资的最大化优化分配,达到资源合理配置。 |
