| 目的 探索面对新冠疫情期间对于疾控判定为密接或疑似新冠阳性的维持性血液透析患者的救治策略。以缩短救治时间,提升救治效果。方法 通过选拔连续性肾脏替代(CRRT)专科护理人员,成立应急血透团队,简化救治流程,精确时间节点,加强团队培训能力,比较策略实施前后的救治时间及护理满意度。结果 患者的急诊检验检查报告时间,核酸检测报告时间,CRRT护士到达时间,CRRT上机治疗时间,完成CRRT后转运120时间均比对照组有明显缩短(p均<0.001),患者的护理满意度显著升高(p<0.001)。结论 成立应急血透团队,简化及优化救治流程,加强相关培训等新策略能有为血透患者赢得救治时间,提高救治效率,并且增加护理满意度,具有一定的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective The aim is to explore improved treatment strategies for maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients who are closely connected or suspected to be positive during the COVID-19 outbreak,with the purpose to shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment effect.
