| 总结2020年8月-2022年3月收治于复旦大学附属儿科医院厦门医院感染科3例糖原累积症IXa型患儿的护理经验， 经过5-15天治疗护理后病情平稳出院。住院期间注意预防术后出血，饮食管理是重点，加强心理护理，预防低血糖的发生，出院后定期门诊随访腹部B超、肝功能和血糖。 |

| To summarize the nursing experience of 3 children with glycogen storage disease type IXa who were admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases, Xiamen Hospital, Fudan University Pediatric Hospital from August 2020 to March 2022. After 5-15 days of treatment and nursing, they were discharged in a stable condition. During hospitalization, attention should be paid to the prevention of postoperative bleeding, diet management is the key point, psychological care should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia, and regular outpatient follow-up of abdominal B-ultrasound, liver function and blood sugar after discharge. |
