| 2022年上海新型冠状病毒Omicron疫情期间,复旦大学附属儿科医院收治1例儿童危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎。该患儿在常规抗病毒治疗、气道管理情况下肺部症状加重,入院第6天行有创机械通气。在气道湿化、雾化基础上,联合使用多种气道廓清技术,包括：体位引流(含俯卧位)、高频胸壁震荡、机械咳嗽辅助设备、支气管肺泡灌洗技术。患儿机械通气5天后肺部情况好转,于机械通气第7天撤机,入院24天后顺利康复出院。 |

| During the outbreak of Omicron Variant in Shanghai, a critically ill child with novel coronavirus infection was admitted to the Children’s Hospital of Fudan University. In the case of antiviral therapy and airway management, child’s pulmonary symptom aggravated. Six days after admission, invasive mechanical ventilation was used. On the basis of airway humidification and nebulization, a combination of airway clearance techniques were used. Including postural drainage (prone position), high frequency chest wall oscillation, mechanical insufflator-exsufllator and bronchoalveolar lavage techniques. The fifth day of mechanical ventilation, child’s pulmonary symptom improved, and weaning from the mechanical ventilation on the seventh day. Hospitalized after twenty-four days, the child recovered from the novel coronavirus infection and was discharged from the hospital. |
