| 【目的】 调查上海市老龄化社区空巢老人的家庭双向代际支持水平,并分析其影响因素。【方法】 采用自行制定的家庭代际支持问卷和一般情况问卷,对上海市普陀区曹杨街道社区卫生服务中心的空巢老人开展调查。【结果】 共回收有效问卷224份,其中15名(6.7%)老人无子女,209名有子女的空巢老人,其家庭代际支持为33.52±6.11分。子代给予亲代及亲代给予子代的日常生活照顾、经济支持均较少,但当对方遇到急难问题或生病需要照顾时,能够提供较多帮助和经济支持；子女与老人联系或见面平均不到每周1次,当对方遇到困惑时,老人或子女提供心理支持方面尚显不足。多元线性回归分析显示,老人子女数越多、与子女/孙辈居住距离越近,其家庭代际支持水平越高；患有慢性疾病者的家庭代际支持水平显著高于未患病者。【结论】 社区空巢老人的家庭代际支持水平较为不足,子代与亲代在日常生活照顾、经济支持与情感交流等方面支持还亟需提高。社区可在加强家庭双向代际支持基础上,进一步拓展社会代际支持服务。 |

| 【Objective】To investigate the family bi-directional intergenerational support level and influencing factors of the empty nest elderly in aging community in Shanghai. 【Methods】In this study, the empty nest elderly in Caoyang Street Community Healthcare Center, Putuo District, Shanghai were investigated, using self-made family intergenerational support questionnaire and a general questionnaire. 【Results】 224 elderly people responded with valid questionnaires, including 15 (6.7%) of them without children, and 209 (93.3%) with children, with the mean score of family intergenerational support being 33.52 ± 6.11. The bi-directional daily care and financial support between children and their elderly parents were inadequate, but they can provide more help and financial support when the other side met urgent or health problems. On average, children contacted or met with the elderly less than once a week, and psychological support between them was also insufficient when needed. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the elderly having more children, being closer to their children or grandchildren, or suffering from chronic diseases, had significantly higher family intergenerational support level. 【Conclusions】The level of family intergenerational support for the empty nest elderly in aging community is insufficient. The regular life care, economic support and emotional communication between the elderly and their children need to be improved. The community can expand social intergenerational support services for the empty nest elderly. |
