| 通过国内外相关文献综述发现,在实施传统延续性护理模式的基础上应用互联网技术可以突破传统模式的时间和空间限制,为糖尿病足患者提供全方位、高效率以及多样化的护理服务。本文就“互联网+延续性护理”模式的概述、在糖尿病足患者中的应用方式、作用效果、现存问题及对策进行综述,旨在促进“互联网+延续性护理”模式在糖尿病足患者中的广泛应用提供参考依据。 |

| Through the review of relevant literature at home and abroad, it is found that the application of Internet technology on the basis of the implementation of the traditional continuous nursing mode can break through the time and space limitations of the traditional mode, and provide all-round, efficient and diversified nursing services for diabetic foot patients. In this paper, the overview of "Internet + continuous care" mode, its application in diabetic foot patients, existing problems and countermeasures were reviewed, aiming to provide reference for the wide application of "Internet + continuous care" mode in diabetic foot patients。 |
