| 随着手术外科技术的进步,对手术室护士的要求进一步提高,手术室护士面临的工作压力不断增大,易导致其出现职业倦怠。针对手术室护士职业倦怠这一普遍现象,综合国内外手术室护士职业倦怠的相关研究,本文对手术室护士职业倦怠的概念、测量工具、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,为探索手术室护士职业倦怠管理策略提供参考依据。 |

| : With the advancement of surgical technology, the requirements for operating room nurses have further increased, and the work pressure faced by operating room nurses is increasing, which can easily lead to burnout. Aiming at the common phenomenon of burnout of operating room nurses, and synthesizing the relevant research on burnout of operating room nurses at home and abroad, this paper reviews the concept, measurement tools, influencing factors and interventions of burnout of operating room nurses, so as to provide a reference for exploring the management strategies of burnout of operating room nurses. |
