| [Abstract] Aim To summarize a hospital's nursing experience with Rett syndrome stage IV.Introduction Based on the International Council of Nurses Health Objectives,for its skin、diet、and exercise aspects, it requires a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition and specificity, as well as multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatrics.Methors Chinese medicine rehabilitation, nutrition, and a SEEDN care model was explored for this disease.Conclusion After two weeks, the patient improved and the family requested discharge.This care experience deepen the impact of caring for this disease. |
