| 目的 分析我国医院科研绩效管理相关研究，了解目前该领域的研究现状和未来趋势，为该领域研究者提供研究的理论依据，进一步优化我国医院科研绩效管理新进展。方法 采用文献计量学的方法运用citespace软件对我国CNKI数据库文献的发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词等进行文献计量学分析，并绘制可视化图谱。结果 本研究共纳入173篇文献，形成114个高频关键词和10个自然聚类。至1998年以来发文量呈整体上升趋势，缺少作者和医疗机构的聚集，存在一定的地域局限性。重点集中于我国医院科研绩效评估体系和管理策略的研究。结论 近年来我国医院科研绩效管理相关研究持续增长，但仍存在发表论文量不足，研究内容局限的问题，还需进行进一步深入研究。 |

| Objective To analyze the research related to research performance management in China's hospitals, to understand the current research status and future trends in this field, to provide researchers in this field with a theoretical basis for their research, and to further optimize the new progress of research performance management in China's hospitals. Methods A bibliometric analysis was conducted using the bibliometric method using citespace software to analyze the number of articles, authors, research institutions, keywords, etc. in the CNKI database literature in China, and to draw a visualization chart. Results A total of 173 articles were included in this study, and 114 high-frequency keywords and 10 natural clusters were formed. There was an overall upward trend in the volume of publications up to 1998, a lack of aggregation of authors and medical institutions, and certain geographical limitations. The focus is on the research of research performance assessment system and management strategies of hospitals in China. Conclusion Research related to research performance management in hospitals in China has continued to grow in recent years, but there are still problems of insufficient number of published papers and limited research content, and further in-depth research is needed. |
