| 目的 根据安全、舒适、便利3个维度，设计研发一款功能全面的透友随身伴。通过临床试用，完成应用效果研究，为之后关于该包的完善推广提供依据。方法 分析临床问题，研发透友随身伴，并对实物模型进行改善。采用自制问卷，对门诊维持性血液透析患者进行使用效果与满意情况调查。结果 透友随身伴包括：包体外部基础结构、途中突发意外情况应对系统、药物安全储藏区、其他物品收纳区和带刻度水杯，总计5个设计板块。选取2021年2-8月上海某三甲医院血透室35名患者进行效果应用及评价，患者对透友随身伴的满意度为100%。结论 血透患者对透友随身伴较满意，该包可使患者就医途中突发意外情况时能做出快速呼救；正确有效保管存放药物，降低药物安全隐患；满足患者对随身收纳产品舒适性需求；协助患者有序管理透析日药物，减少相关物品丢失率，为患者血透治疗的日常出行提供便利，解决患者对随身收纳用品的实际需求。 |

| According to the three dimensions of safety, comfort and convenience, design and develop a fully functional personal companion for hemodialysis patients. Through clinical trial, the application effect study was completed, providing basis for the improvement and promotion of the package in the future. Methods:Analyze clinical problems, research and develop personal companion for hemodialysis patients, and improve the physical model. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the effect and satisfaction of maintenance hemodialysis patients in outpatient department.Results:Personal companion for hemodialysis patients includes: external infrastructure of the bag, emergency response system on the way, drug safety storage area, other goods storage area and calibrated water cup, with a total of 5 design sections. From February to August 2021, 35 patients in the hemodialysis room of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were selected for effect application and evaluation. The patients' satisfaction with the companion of the dialysis friend was 100%.Conclusion:The maintenance hemodialysis patients are satisfied with the package.The bag enables the patient to quickly call for help in case of an accident on the way to the hospital; Properly and effectively store drugs to reduce potential drug safety hazards; Meet the patient's comfort needs for portable storage products; Assist patients to manage dialysis drugs in an orderly manner, reduce the loss rate of related items, facilitate daily travel of patients for hemodialysis treatment, and solve the actual needs of patients for carrying supplies. |
