| 目的 评价并整合ICU机械通气患者口渴管理的证据。方法 检索BMJ Best Practice、Up To Date、美国国立指南库（NGC）、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普、医脉通等，检索关于机械通气口渴的证据，包括指南、临床决策、证据总结、专家共识及随机对照试验。由两名研究者对纳入的文献进行质量评析，并对提取的证据级别进行评定。结果 共纳入文章11篇，指南1篇，临床决策1篇，证据总结5篇，专家共识1篇，随机对照3篇。总结出22条口渴护理的证据，包括机械通气患者口渴的口渴症状评估、口渴干预安全评估、口渴症状管理策略、健康教育、口渴护理的效果评价。结论 本研究总结了目前机械通气患者口渴管理的最佳证据，以提升护理质量，保证患者安全，提高患者满意度。 |

| Abstract：Objective To analyze the available evidences on thirst management in patients with mechanical ventilation in critically ill patients . Methods We searched the data from Best practice (BMJ), Up To Date, National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC), Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang Database, VIP，Medlive to collect literatures including evidence summary, best practice recommendations reports, expert consensus report, and original guideline. Results Totally 11articles were selected, including 1 guideline, 1 clinical decision, 5 evidence summaries, 1 expert consensus, 3 randomised controlled. Finally 22 items of evidences were summarized ，includeing assessment of thirst symptoms in mechanically ventilated patients with thirst, safety assessment of thirst interventions, safety intervention strategies for thirst interventions, management strategies for thirst and dry mouth symptoms, health education, and monitoring the effectiveness of thirst care.. Conclusion This study summarises the current best evidence for the management of thirst in mechanically ventilated patients in order to improve the quality of care, ensure patient safety and increase patient satisfaction. |
