| 目的 基于德尔菲法构建产后返岗护士岗前培训方案。 方法 在文献分析、半结构访谈的基础上,逐步构建产后返岗护士岗前培训方案,采用德尔菲法,邀请15名相关领域专家对培训方案进行2轮函询,并对函询结果进行汇总。 结果 专家权威系数为0.906,第二轮专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数为0.359(一级条目)、0.575(二级条目)和0.463(三级条目),经过2轮专家函询后,各条目的重要性评分为4.21~5.00分,变异系数为0.00~0.19。最终形成的培训方案包含5个一级条目(培训师资、培训内容、培训方法、培训时间、培训效果),14个二级条目和35个三级条目。 结论 产后返岗护士岗前培训方案具有一定的科学性、适用性与可靠性,可为我国产后返岗护士培训模式的研究和建设提供依据。 |

| Objective To construct the pre-service training program of post-partum returning nurses based on Delphi method. Methods Through literature analysis and semi-structured interviews, the pre-service training program of postpartum nurses was gradually established. By Delphi method, fifteen experts in the related fields were invited to conduct 2 rounds of mail consultations regarding the program. Then, results of consultations were summarized. Results The authority coefficient of experts was 0.906, and the second round Kendall coordination coefficients was 0.359 for first-level indicators, 0.575 for second-level indicators and 0.463 for third-level indicators. After two rounds of expert consultations,the importance values of each item were different from 4.21 to 5.00. The coefficients of variance of each item varied from 0.00 to 0.19. The pre-service training program of post-partum returning nurses consisted of 5 first-level (training teachers, training contents, training methods, training time, training effects) , 14 second-level indicators , and 35 third-level indicators. Conclusion The training scheme has certain scientific applicability and reliability, which can provide basis for the research and construction of the training mode of postpartum nurses returning to post. |
