| To summarize the nursing experience of a case of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura treated with local citrate anticoagulation plasma replacement. Key points of care were as following.Nursing care of local citrate anticoagulation plasma replacement, dynamic monitoring of extracorporeal circulation and filter coagulation during treatment, monitoring of bleeding/coagulation, monitoring of blood pressure, care of vascular access, and prevention and care of complications. Through active treatment and care, the patient was finally discharged after improvement. |
