| 目的 探讨运动预防跌倒领域的研究热点与前沿,为该领域研究人员提供借鉴和参考。 方法 以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,运用Citespace 6.1 R2和Excel软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到有效文献2224篇,高频关键词有老年人、平衡能力、风险因素、健康、力量、生活质量、步态、移动能力、太极、随机对照试验等；突现词有帕金森疾病、绝经期妇女、害怕跌倒、meta分析、虚拟现实技术、自我管理、照护、康复等。结论 运动预防跌倒问题持续受到关注,近十年运动预防跌倒领域的发文量呈上升趋势,学术共同体少。研究方式从早期的随机对照试验研究,逐步向循证实践过渡；关注对象从普通老年人向绝经期妇女、骨质疏松、帕金森、痴呆等特殊人群干预发展；研究内容呈现多学科交叉融合趋势,强调以人为本照护理念,关注跌倒患者的长期预后问题。 |

| Objectiv:To explore the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of sports fall prevention, and to provide reference for researchers in this field. Methods:Using the Web of Science core collection database as the data source, Citespace 6.1 R2 and Excel software were used to visually analyze the literature. Results:A total of 2224 valid literatures were retrieved. The high-frequency Keywords included the elderly, balance ability, risk factors, health, strength, quality of life, gait, mobility, Tai Chi, randomized controlled trials, etc.; the emergent words included Parkinson"s disease, Menopausal women, fear of falling, meta-analysis, virtual reality technology, self-management, care, rehabilitation, etc. Conclusion:The issue of sports fall prevention continues to receive attention. In the past decade, the number of publications in the field of sports fall prevention has shown an upward trend, and there are few academic communities. The research method is gradually transitioning from early randomized controlled trials to evidence-based practice; the focus is on the development of interventions from ordinary elderly people to special populations such as menopausal women, osteoporosis, Parkinson"s, and dementia; the research content presents a trend of multidisciplinary cross-integration , emphasizing the concept of person-centred care and focusing on the long-term prognosis of patients with falls. |
