| 【】 总结1例线粒体脑肌病合并呼吸衰竭危重患儿的护理经验。护理要点包括长期机械通气集束化护理、能量合剂药物的用药护理、合理营养支持、早期康复锻炼、暴露性角膜炎的预防及处理、全程医疗游戏辅导、个性化出院指导、遗传咨询管理。经过87天的精心治疗和照护,患儿病情好转出院,随访2个月,恢复良好。 |

| 【】 To summarize the nursing experience of a critically ill children with mitochondrial encephalomyopathy complicated with respiratory failure. The main points of nursing include bundle care of prolonged mechanic ventilation, medication nursing of energy mixture drugs, reasonable nutrition support, early rehabilitation exercise, prevention and treatment of exposure keratitis, whole medical game coaching, personalized discharge guidance, genetic counseling management. After 87 days of careful treatment and care, the patient"s condition improved and was discharged from the hospital. After 2 months of follow-up, he recovered well. |
