| 目的：了解骨肿瘤截肢患者心理体验及需求。方法：采用定性研究方法,选取住院治疗的12例骨肿瘤截肢患者,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Nvivo12.0软件对访谈资料进行分析、归纳和提炼主题。结果：通过对访谈资料的编码分析,得出６个选择性编码,分别是：截肢术前情绪反应复杂,截肢后自我感受负担重,医疗风险感知心理水平高,不良反应应对低效,期望得到的关护,随访需求。结论：本研究深入了解骨肿瘤截肢患者的心理体验及需求,可为患者有效应对并发症、开展心理健康教育、促进患者康复、提高疾病适应能力提供理论依据和路径参考。 |

| objective: to understand the psychological experience and needs of amputation patients with bone tumor. Methods: using the rooted theory research method, 12 inpatients with bone tumor amputation were selected for semi-structured interviews, and the interview data were analyzed, summarized and extracted by Nvivo12.0 software. Results: through the coding analysis of the interview data, 6 themes are extracted. Theme 1: complex emotional response before amputation. Theme 2: heavy self-feeling burden after amputation. Theme 3: high psychological level of medical risk perception. Theme 4: low efficiency in dealing with adverse reactions. Theme 5: expected care. Theme 6: follow-up needs. Conclusion: this study has an in-depth understanding of the psychological experience and needs of patients with bone tumor amputation, which can provide theoretical basis and path reference for patients to effectively deal with complications, carry out mental health education, promote rehabilitation and improve disease adaptability. |
