| 目的 探究中药热熨对盆底功能障碍性疾病（PFD）患者盆底肌肉功能的影响。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月我院收治的84例PFD患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，各42例。对照组采取常规盆底康复训练，观察组在此基础上加用中药热熨。比较两组盆底肌肉张力、盆底功能[盆底功能障碍问卷-20（PFDI-20）]、生活质量[健康状况调查简表（SF-36）]。结果 干预4周，观察组盆底肌肉动态张力、静态张力、收缩力较对照组高（P＜0.05）；干预4周，两组PFDI-20问卷评分均降低，观察组较对照组低（P＜0.05）。干预4周，两组SF-36评分均升高，观察组较对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 中药热熨可改善PFD患者的盆底肌力，提高其盆底功能及生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of hot ironing on pelvic floor muscle function in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease (PFD). Methods 84 patients with PFD admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine pelvic floor rehabilitation training, and the observation group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing. Pelvic floor muscle tone, pelvic floor function [PFDI-20] and quality of life [SF-36] were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the dynamic tension, static tension and contractile force of pelvic floor muscle in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of intervention, PFDI-20 questionnaire scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of intervention, the SF-36 scores of both groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hot ironing can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor function and quality of life of PFD patients. |
