| 目的 了解三甲医院肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，于2022年12月选取上海市某三级甲等综合医院191名肿瘤科护士作为调查对象，采用医护人员医学叙事能力量表对其进行医学叙事能力的横断面调查，通过单因素和多元线性回归分析，明确影响肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力的因素。结果 三甲医院肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力得分为（139.00±17.18）分，单因素分析结果显示，性别、婚姻状况、聘用形式、子女个数、工作年限、有无宗教信仰以及对叙事医学的熟悉程度不同，医学叙事能力差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。多元线性回归分析结果显示，工作年限以及对叙事医学的熟悉程度与叙事能力之间存在显著相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论 护理管理者可将影响三甲医院肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力的因素作为提升医学叙事能力干预措施的参考依据，积极采取针对性的措施加强对其医学叙事能力的培养，从而提高其叙事能力，更好地为患者提供有温度的人文关怀护理。 |

| Objective To understand the current situation of medical narrative ability of nurses in oncology department of tertiary hospitals, and to explore its influencing factors.Method In December 2022,191 oncology nurses from a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method. A cross-sectional survey of medical narrative ability was conducted by using the Medical Narrative Ability Scale for Medical Staff. The factors affecting the medical narrative ability of oncology nurses were determined by single factor and multiple linear regression analysis.Result The score of medical narrative ability of oncology nurses in tertiary hospitals was (139.00±17.18). Univariate analysis showed that gender, marital status, employment form, number of children, working years, religious belief and familiarity with narrative medicine were different, and the difference of medical narrative ability was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between working years and familiarity with narrative medicine and narrative ability (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers can take the factors that affect the medical narrative ability of oncology nurses in the top three hospitals as the reference basis for improving the intervention measures of medical narrative ability, and actively take targeted measures to strengthen the cultivation of their medical narrative ability, so as to improve their narrative ability and better provide patients with warm humanistic care. |
