| 摘要：目的 探讨我国老年人家庭代际支持的概念及内涵，为老年人居家照护及相关研究提供参考。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、中国生物医学文献数据库（Sinomed）、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL数据库中与我国老年人家庭代际支持相关的研究，检索时限为建库至2023年7月，根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献，应用Rodgers演化概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析。 结果 共纳入45篇文献，其中中文文献27篇，英文文献18篇。家庭代际支持的3个定义属性包括：多维度的非正式支持、抚养和反哺的双向互惠、不均衡的资源流动。先决条件为人口学因素、家庭结构和居住安排、卫生政策，相关结局指标包括老年人的身心健康、自评健康、主观态度、社会参与及医疗服务利用。 结论 通过明确居家老年人家庭代际支持的概念属性，以期为开展老年人居家照护提供清晰的概念支持，为未来老年人居家照护实践和研究提供参考。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the concept and connotation of intergenerational family support for the elderly in China, and to provide reference for home care and related research for the them. Methods Studies related to intergenerational support in elderly families were searched by computer from CNKI, Wanfang Data, Sinomed, PubMed, Web of Science and CINAHL databases from the establishment of the database to July 2023. References were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze the included literature. Results A total of 40 literatures were included, including 26 Chinese literatures and 17 English literatures.The three defining attributes of family intergenerational support include informal support, two-way reciprocity, and the imbalance of resource flow.The preconditions were demographic factors, family structure and living arrangements, health policies, and related outcome indicators included physical and mental health, self-rated health, subjective attitudes, social participation, and health service utilization of older persons. Conclusion By clarifying the conceptual attributes of family intergenerational support for elderly people at home, we aim to provide clear conceptual support for carrying out home care for the elderly and provide reference for future home care practices and research for the elderly. |
