| 目的 分析国内肺癌肺康复研究的热点及前沿，旨在为我国肺癌患者的肺康复提供参考。方法 在中国知网检索建库至2023年2月18日发表的肺癌肺康复相关的文献，采用CiteSpace软件对发文量、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献364篇，年发文量总体呈上升趋势。通过高频关键词、聚类分析总结研究热点包括老年共病肺癌术前人群的研究、肺康复运动训练模式的探索、肺康复健康指导方案的创新及中医康复技术在肺康复领域的融合应用，近5年的研究前沿包括专项护理、主动呼吸循环技术及康复效果。结论 肺癌肺康复一直处于较高的研究热度，关注老年共病人群、更新肺康复实施技术、创新健康指导方式、发挥中医特色优势可作为今后肺癌肺康复研究领域的发展方向。 |

| Objective To visually analyze the research of pulmonary rehabilitation for lung cancer in China through bibliometric analysis, and explore the hotspots and trends of the research, providing a reference for further respiratory management of lung cancer. Methods The CNKI was retrieved for the articles about the pulmonary rehabilitation of lung cancer patients published, covering the period up to February 18, 2023. Bibliometric statistics and cluster analysis were performed on the number of articles issued, and the Keywordof the articles issued using CiteSpace software. Results A total of 364 valid articles were included, and the bibliometric results showed that the research about pulmonary rehabilitation of lung cancer has been in a high heat, which involves respiratory training, aerobic exercise, health education, etc. The research hotspots included pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly patients with comorbidities, health guidance program innovation, innovation and efficacy comparison of distinct breathing training methods and traditional Chinese medicine treatment in pulmonary rehabilitation. In the past 5 years, the research frontiers include special nursing, active cycle of breathing technology, and rehabilitation effect evaluation. Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation of lung cancer has important clinical significance and has been in a high research heat. Comprehensive research hotspots and research frontier considerations, focusing on comorbid elderly patients, updating pulmonary rehabilitation implementation technologies, innovating health guidance programs and exploiting traditional Chinese medicine are the development directions of lung cancer pulmonary rehabilitation research. |
