| 目的：基于知信行理论，开发院前急救人员创伤性低体温知识、态度、行为问卷，检测其信效度。方法：采用文献阅读和专家函询编制院前急救人员创伤性低体温知信行问卷，选取重庆市有院前急救任务的院前急救人员进行问卷调查，检验问卷信效度。结果：问卷共计32个条目，包括知识、态度、行为三个维度。两轮函询专家权威系数分别为0.831和0.892，专家判断依据系数分别为0.931和0.977，肯德尔和谐系数为0.190和0.199。总问卷Cronbach’α为0.920，三个维度Cronbach’α分别为0.921，0.944，0.893；折半系数分别为0.717，0.878，0.905，0.764。问卷整体内容效度指标为0.989，各条目内容效度指数为0.846-1.000。探索性因子分析KMO值为0.892，公因子累积方差贡献率为 65.906%。结论：院前急救人员创伤性低体温知信行调查问卷具有良好的信效度，可以作为评估院前急救人员对创伤性低体温知识、态度及行为的调查工具。 |

| 【Objective】To develop a knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of traumatic hypothermia among pre-hospital emergency workers based on the theoretical framework of knowledge, attitude and practice, and to test its reliability and validity. 【Method】The initial questionnaire was formed by used of literature review and expert inquiry. A questionnaire survey was conducted among pre-hospital emergency workers in Chongqing by convenience sampling method. Reliability test used Cronbach 'αand half coefficient, validity test used content validity and exploratory factor analysis.【Result】The questionnaire includes three dimensions of traumatic hypothermia knowledge, attitude and practice, with a total of 32 items. The authority coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence with experts are 0.831 and 0.892. The coefficient of expert judgment basis is 0.931 and 0.977, and the Kendall harmony coefficient is 0.190 and 0.199. The Cronbach ' α of total questionnaire was 0.920, The Cronbach ' α of the three dimensions were 0.921, 0.944 and 0. 893 . The half coefficient of total questionnaire and each dimension were 0.717, 0.878, 0.905 and 0.764. The S-CVI was 0.989 and I-CVI was 0.846-1.000.The KMO value of exploratory factor analysis was 0.892, and three common factors were extracted, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.906%.【Conclusion】The questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practice of traumatic hypothermia among pre-hospital emergency workers has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a survey tool to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice of pre hospital emergency workers with traumatic hypothermia. |
