| 目的 检索、评价并总结肿瘤患者免疫治疗胃肠道反应预防及管理的最佳证据。方法 系统检索BMJ最佳临床实践、UpToDate临床决策系统、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心网站、国际指南协作网、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、苏格兰院际指南网、医脉通指南网、美国国立临床诊疗指南数据库、美国医疗保健与研究质量局、加拿大安大略注册护士协会、世界肿瘤学网络、美国国家癌症综合网络、多国癌症支持治疗协会、美国临床肿瘤学会、癌症免疫治疗协会、Cochrane Library、Embase、CHINAL、Web of Science、OVID、PubMed、SinoMed、中国知网、万方数据和维普数据库等相关网站检索关于肿瘤患者免疫治疗胃肠道反应预防及管理的临床指南、证据总结、最佳临床实践信息册、推荐实践、系统评价及原始研究。检索时限为2012年1月1日—2022年9月1日。由2名研究者进行文献质量评价和资料提取，并结合临床专业人员的判断，进行证据总结。结果 共纳入17篇文献,其中6篇指南、1篇证据总结、3篇系统评价、1篇随机对照试验、3篇队列研究和3篇专家共识，汇总了关于胃肠道评估、危险因素、基线筛查、诊断检查、药物治疗、胃肠道护理、健康教育等7个方面的23条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结了肿瘤患者免疫治疗胃肠道反应预防及管理的最佳证据，为医护人员临床实践提供循证依据。 |

| Objective To retrieve, evaluate,summary the best evidence on prevention and management of the gastrointestinal reaction reactions in patients with munotherapy. Methods We systematically searched for the evidence on prevention and management of the gastrointestinal reaction reactions in patients with munotherapy in BMJ best practice,UpToDate Clinical decision system,Joanna Briggs Institute,Guidelines International Network,National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,Yi Maitong Guidelines Network,National Guideline Clearinghouse,The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality,Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario,World Oncology Network,National Comprehensive Cancer Network,Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer,American Society of Clinical Oncology,Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer,Cochrane Library,Embase,CHINAL,Web of science,OVID,PubMed,SinoMed,CNKI,WanFang database,VIP database to collect the literature including clinical guidelines,evidence summaries,best practice information sheets,recommended practice,systematic reviews and original research. The retrieval period was from January 1,2012 to September 1,2022.Literature quality assessment and data extraction were performed by 2 researchers. Results 17 articles were selected,including 6 guidelines,1 evidence summaries,3 systematic reviews,1 randomized controlled trialsand,3cohort studies and 3 expert consensuses,23 best evidences were formed from 7 aspects including gastrointestinal evaluation,risk factors,baseline screening,deagnostic test,drug therapy,gastrointestinal nursing and health education. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence on management and prevention of the gastrointestinal reaction reactions in patients with munotherapy,provides evidence-based evidence for clinical workers and manager. |
