| 前庭周围性眩晕是耳鼻喉科常见疾病，在全球老龄化进程加快的背景下，其患病风险也会逐年增加，而眩晕发作是跌倒的高危因素，所以前庭周围性眩晕患者的跌倒管理迫在眉睫。本文从前庭周围性眩晕患者跌倒的危险因素、跌倒风险评估和防跌倒干预措施等方面展开综述，为临床医护人员进行前庭周围性眩晕患者跌倒管理提供参考依据。 |

| Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology【】 Circumvestibular vertigo is a common disease in otolaryngology. In the context of the accelerated global aging process, the risk of vertigo will increase year by year, and the onset of vertigo is a high risk factor for falls, so the fall management of patients with circumvestibular vertigo is urgent. This article reviews the fall risk factors, fall risk assessment and fall prevention intervention measures in patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo, and provides reference for clinical staff to manage falls in patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo. |
