| 目的:系统评价康复新液预防头颈部肿瘤放射性皮炎的有效性。方法:计算机检索 PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库以来至2023年9月公开发表的与康复新制剂预防头颈部肿瘤放疗所造成放射性皮炎相关的随机对照研究。由2人独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取。采用Revman5.4软件进行数据分析。 结果:共纳入10篇中文文献,包括688例患者。Meta分析结果显示:康复新液在试验组预防头颈部肿瘤放射皮炎总体有效性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=4.04,95%CI(2.29,7.15),P<0.05];康复新液在试验组预防头颈部肿瘤放射皮炎Ⅱ级及以上放射皮炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=0.34,95%CI(0.19,0.63),P<0.05]。结论:康复新液可有效提高头颈部肿瘤放射性皮炎的临床有效性,降低Ⅱ级及以上头颈部肿瘤放射皮炎发生率。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。 |

| PURPOSE: To perform a systematic review of the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in preventing radiation dermatitis of head and neck tumors. METHODS: A randomized controlled study of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang database was publicly published since its establishment to September 2023. Literature screening, quality evaluation, and data extraction were performed independently by 2 individuals. Data analysis was performed using the Revman5.4 software. RESULTS: A total of 10 Chinese literatures were included, including 608 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that the overall effectiveness of Kangfuxin Liquid in preventing radiation dermatitis of head and neck tumors in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [OR = 4.04, 95% CI (2.29, 7.15), P < 0.05]. Kangfuxin Liquid prevented the incidence of radiation dermatitis of head and neck tumor grade II and above in the test group than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference [OR=0.34,95%CI(0.19,0.63),P<0.05]. CONCLUSION: Kangfuxin Liquid can effectively improve the clinical effectiveness of radiation dermatitis of head and neck tumors and reduce the incidence of radiation dermatitis of head and neck tumors of grade II and above. Due to the limited quality and quantity of the included studies,more high-quality studies are needed to verify the above conclusions. |
