| 目的：基于德尔菲法构建COPD患者医院-家庭过渡期健康促进护理敏感指标体系。方法：选择本院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的120例COPD患者为研究对象，通过查阅文献、收集资料提取COPD患者医院-家庭过渡期健康促进护理指标，初步构建COPD患者医院-家庭过渡期健康促进护理敏感指标体系框架，并采用德尔菲法完成两轮专家函询，形成最终指标体系。结果：本研究COPD患者医院-家庭过渡期健康促进护理敏感指标体系共包含3个一级指标、13个二级指标、48个三级指标。两轮专家函询问卷的回收率为93.33%和96.00%，专家积极性较高；权威系数分别为0.846、0.859，专家权威性较高；两轮专家函询意见和协调系数为0.209~0.291，经检验差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001)，专家意见和协调程度较好。结论：本研究以循证分析结果为依据，结合质性与量性研究构建的COPD患者医院-家庭过渡期健康促进护理敏感指标体系具有科学性和系统性，能为临床护理方案的制定提供明确性方向，为保障患者康复进程提供重要基础。 |

| Objective ：A sensitive index system of health promotion care for COPD patients was constructed based on the Delphi method.Methods：Selected subjects were the 120 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023，By reviewing the literature and collecting data to extract the health promotion care indicators of COPD patients' hospital-family transition period,The framework of a sensitive index system for health promotion care during the hospital-family transition period,And adopts the Delphi method to complete two rounds of expert letter inquiry to form the final index system.Results:In this study, the sensitive index system of COPD patients included 3 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 48 tertiary indicators.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire was 93.33% and 96.00%, and the authority coefficient was 0.846 and 0.859 respectively, and the expert authority and the coordination coefficient were 0.209 ~ 0.091, and the difference was significant(P＜0.001), Expert opinions and coordination degree is good.Conclusion:Based on the results of evidence-based analysis, the sensitive index system of COPD patients combined with qualitative and quantitative research is scientific and systematic, which can provide a clear direction for the formulation of clinical nursing plan and provide an important basis for guaranteeing the rehabilitation process of patients. |
