| 目的 构建胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系，为评价胰岛素治疗患者运动管理质量提供参考依据。方法 以“结构-过程-结果"三维质量结构模型为理论依据，在文献分析、半结构式访谈的基础上，开展德尔菲法专家函询，并通过层次分析法，确定胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标及其权重。结果 选取17名专家开展2轮函询，问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威胁系数为0.88和0.90, 肯德尔和谐系数为0.191 和0.169，各级指标的重要性赋值均数为4.47～5.00 ,变异系数为0～0.19，最终构建了包括3项一级指标、21项二级指标和59项三级指标的胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系。结论 构建的胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系方法科学、可靠，内容专业、实用，对医疗管理部门评价胰岛素治疗患者运动管理质量具有指导意义。 |

| Objective To construct an evaluation index system for exercise management of patients treated with insulin, and to provide reference for evaluating the quality of exercise management of patients treated with insulin. Methods Based on the "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical basis, on the basis of literature analysis and semi-structured interview, Delphi method was carried out to conduct expert letter consultation, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the evaluation indexes and weights of exercise management in patients treated with insulin. Results Seventeen experts were selected to carry out two rounds of correspondence. The questionnaire recovery rates were 100%, the threat coefficient of expert power was 0.88 and 0.90, the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.191 and 0.169, the mean value of importance assigned to each index was 4.47～5.00, and the coefficient of variation was 0～0.19. Finally, an evaluation index system of exercise management for patients treated with insulin was constructed, which included 3 first-level indexes, 21 second-level indexes and 59 third-level indexes. Conclusion The established evaluation index system for exercise management of insulin treated patients is scientific, reliable, professional and practical, and has guiding significance for medical management departments to evaluate the quality of exercise management of insulin treated patients. |
