| 目的 探讨融合性园艺课程对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法 选择2020年10月-2021年12月,本院收治的160例住院精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按随机对照研究法,分为对照组(80例,药物治疗+常规康复治疗6周)与观察组(80例,药物治疗+常规康复治疗+融合性园艺课程疗法6周)。对比两组患者的LSIA评分、SSFPI评分、SQLS评分。结果 观察组患者干预后3周、干预后6周的SQLS评分均低于对照组,观察组患者干预后3周、干预后6周的LSIA评分、SSFPI评分评分高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 在住院精神分裂症患者干预管理中采取融合性园艺课程,能提高患者的生活质量、满意度,促进患者社会功能的恢复,效果显著。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of integrative horticulture course on the quality of life and satisfaction of hospitalized schizophrenic patients. Methods 160 hospitalized schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the randomized control study method, they were divided into the control group (80 cases, drug treatment and routine rehabilitation treatment for 6 weeks) and the observation group (80 cases, drug treatment and integrated horticultural course treatment for 6 weeks). The LSIA score, SSFPI score and SQL score of the two groups were compared. Results? SQLS scores 3 weeks and 6 weeks after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and LSIA scores and SSFPI scores 3 weeks and 6 weeks after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the intervention management of inpatients with schizophrenia, integrated horticulture course can improve the quality of life, satisfaction, and promote the recovery of social function of patients, and the effect is remarkable. |
